As we kick off 2024, we want to look back and celebrate the accomplishments of the past year. Our team has helped us take incredible steps to bringing circularity to the fashion industry and we can’t wait to see what we accomplish together this year. Here’s a summary of our biggest milestones:
One of the most noticeable changes to Recover™ in 2023 is seen in the growth of our team. We onboarded sixty-seven new team members, all incredibly eager to join in on our mission for circularity. Our People & Talent department bet on diversity, enabling Recover™ to comprise of fifteen nationalities and highly skilled personal from all generations, Gen Z through Baby Boomers.
In 2023, we also welcomed many new collaborations ranging from home textiles to fashionable denim staples. We launched the REICONICS innovative denim project with Jeanologia and Evlox, made American classics sustainable with Lands' End, co-created editorial content for the final consumer with C&A, and so much more.
We aren’t the only ones excited about what we accomplished. Recover™ attained 190 placements across 94 different media outlets and was a frontrunner in the industry with two awards this year. We received a Lovie Award for our website and Just Style Excellence awards in Business Expansion, Environmental, and Investments.
