Committed to Quality: Recover™ ISO 9001 Certified

At Recover™, we pride ourselves on the incredible quality levels we maintain with all our recycled cotton. Part of our mission to encourage circularity to the fashion industry starts with an incredible product. When we ensure good quality, we can improve the lifespan of the products produced with Recover™ fiber.

We are thrilled to share that all our hubs in Spain and Bangladesh are officially ISO 9001:2015 certified. This certification is a globally recognized standard for quality management. The ISO 9001 recognizes organizations of all sizes and sectors the effort to improve their performance, meet customer expectations and their commitment to quality.

The ISO 9001 defines quality as the “degree to which a set of inherent characteristics [or distinguishing features] of an object”, which in turn is defined as anything perceivable or conceivable, such as a product, service, process, person, organization, system or resource, “fulfills requirements.” Let’s explore what it took for our hubs to qualify.

How does the ISO 9001 certification work?

By achieving the certification of ISO 9001 in all our hubs in Spain and Bangladesh, Recover™ demonstrates the effective implementation of a continuous improvement culture that ensures consistently meeting customer expectations.

Being adopted by over one million organizations across 189 countries, ISO 9001 stands as the foremost quality management standard globally. As a part of the ISO 9000 family, which delineates seven fundamental quality management principles such as prioritizing customer satisfaction and fostering continuous enhancement, ISO 9001 holds the distinction of being the sole standard eligible for certification.

Recover’s achievement of the certification process was completed in March 2024 after following a rigorous external certification audits conducted by internationally recognized bodies in our manufacturing hubs and headquarter offices in Bangladesh and Spain.
