First garments made with Recover™ recycled cotton fiber from Vietnam, in collaboration with Dawn Denim

The first garments made with Recover™ recycled cotton fibers from our newly opened Vietnam facility are now available!
The pieces were developed in collaboration with Dawn Denim, a Berlin-based brand recognized for its commitment to sustainability in the denim industry.
Dawn Denim, founded in 2015, has a strong focus on sustainability, ethical production and transparency.
Material Innovation and Environmental Impact
The new arrivals features three denim styles: CELESTIAL a slim flared women’s jeans , SUNSET, a regular slim fit and CALLISTO, a denim jacket. All were made using a performance-oriented fiber blend composed of 55% Lyocell TENCEL™, 40% Recover™ recycled cotton (sourced from post-industrial textile waste), 3% Elastomultiester T-400® and 2% Elastane.
Replacing conventional cotton with Recover™ recycled cotton significantly reduces the environmental impact of the items, with up to 99.9% environmental savings in water usage and up to 93% in CO₂ emissions reduction, according to our Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data (2022, 2025) verified by EcoReview.

Accelerated Development and Local Integration
The denim pieces were developed and produced in record time, showcasing the efficiency of localized sourcing and manufacturing. By integrating Vietnam-produced recycled cotton into their Vietnamese supply chain, Dawn Denim reinforces its commitment to circularity and regional sourcing.
The launch of these pieces came with a visual campaign shot on-site at the Recover™ Vietnam factory, highlighting the intersection of industrial aesthetic and denim.
